Editorial Principles of scorewin.cz

scorewin.cz is an independent affiliate portal that gathers and compares information about one brand only, BetX. Our interest lies in bonus offers, game rules and responsible gambling tools. The website is owned neither by the brand's operator nor by its group.

We are not a gambling operator under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling. Nobody can play with us: you will not set up a player account here, you do not send us deposits and you do not ask us for withdrawals. Nor do we identify players under the AML Act.

Before we publish a fact, we anchor it in a public source:

• Legal basis. Our starting point is the current wording of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, and of the regulations tied to it.
• Licence. Whether the operator may offer gambling is something we confirm in the public list of licensed operators that the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic maintains.
• Company. Which firm stands behind BetX can be seen in the ARES register, where data on economic entities are open to the public.
• Offer. We describe bonuses and conditions on the strength of the official information on the bet-x.cz website.

We cite our sources so that anybody can check them.

Offer conditions are set by the operator, who can change them. Where its data do not match our text, the operator's data prevail, so check them with the operator before you register. What you read here is informative and no replacement for the advice of a lawyer or another expert.

Send any mistake to contact@scorewin.cz. Once alerted, we correct it, the page's date of last edit changes, and the list of changes of the website then shows when the edit was made.

Some links lead to the pages of the BetX operator and may be affiliate links. If you visit bet-x.cz through such a link and sign up, the operator of this website may earn a commission. It causes you no fee or any other cost.

So we own up to affiliate links and commission openly. The offer terms come from the brand's operator; read them there before you register.

Gambling under the BetX name is run exclusively by EVONA ELECTRONIC, spol. s r.o., IČO (SR) 31341357, Stará Vajnorská cesta 17, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovenská republika, licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling. You can see whether the licence is valid in the Ministry of Finance list of licensed operators.

scorewin.cz does not belong to that company: it runs no games, it is not part of its group and it has no access to the data of BetX customers. With questions about a player account, deposits or withdrawals, please go straight to the operator.

A question, a note or a suggestion about the content can be sent to contact@scorewin.cz, the contact address of the operator of scorewin.cz.

Some things we cannot sort out for you. We are not a gambling operator or BetX customer support, we do not process data of EVONA ELECTRONIC, spol. s r.o. players and we carry out no identification under Act No. 253/2008 Coll. (AML). All of that is the job of the BetX operator.

We speak openly about the risks of gambling and back responsible play. Recommendations and details are on the Responsible Gambling page.

The website is meant only for people above 18 years of age. It is an independent information portal, not a gambling operator from the standpoint of the Gambling Act.

The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.
