Who Is the Controller?
The controller of the personal data this website works with is the operator of scorewin.cz. If you wish to know how we treat your data, or to use one of your rights, write to contact@scorewin.cz.
What Do We Process About You?
- While you browse: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, time of access and the URLs of pages opened, for the purposes of running, securing and analysing scorewin.cz. In addition, cookies, covered by the section on cookies at the end of this page.
- When you write to us: the content of an e-mail sent to contact@scorewin.cz, meaning your address, the text and a signature, if any.
- Never: data of BetX players, or data about gambling, identity checks or payment transactions.
The scope of processing does not go beyond what the stated purposes require.
On What Basis and for How Long?
Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing, and, for cookies, also § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications.
Operation and security of the website: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), retention of 12 months at the most, or according to technical options.
Analytical and marketing cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), retention until consent is withdrawn or according to the browser settings.
Reply to an e-mail: performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR), retention while the enquiry is dealt with, 6 months at the most.
Who Else Works With the Data?
Service providers take part in running the website and in analytics. Hosting and CDN services keep the website in operation, available and protected. Web analytics providers process visitor statistics, which help optimise how the website functions.
We give their names only when they can be publicly identified within the website. Data go to nobody else, whether an unverified entity or a third party with no legal reason.
Do the Data Leave the EU?
In one case only: when the website uses, for analytics, a tool from a provider established outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. The transfer then relies on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, whose task is to keep the data protected at an adequate level outside that area as well. If we use no service outside the EU/EEA, we transfer no data to third countries.
What Rights Do You Have?
The GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. give you a right of access to the data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR), a right to rectification of data that do not reflect reality (Art. 16 GDPR), a right to erasure under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR, known as the “right to be forgotten”, a right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and a right to portability where processing is automated and stands on consent or a contract (Art. 20 GDPR).
You may object to processing founded on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent on which processing stands may be withdrawn; the lawfulness of processing up to the moment of withdrawal stays intact.
How Do You Apply and When Will You Hear Back?
Send your request to contact@scorewin.cz. The controller reacts without undue delay, by the 30th day after receiving the request at the latest. If the request is complex or a great many requests arrive, this period may be extended by two further months; you will always learn about the extension.
Where Can You Complain?
Apart from writing straight to the controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body if you think the processing of your data infringes legal rules. That body is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), based in Pplk. Sochora street no. 27, Praha 7, postcode 170 00, and found online at www.uoou.cz.
How Do We Protect the Data?
- Data transfer between your device and the server is secured by HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to personal data is limited by technical and organisational measures that correspond to the state of technology.
- We re-evaluate the security settings regularly and take measures against unauthorised access and misuse.
How Does the Website Use Cookies?
A cookie is a short text file that a website stores on a visitor's device. Cookies ensure that the website runs properly, make traffic analysis possible and may also be used to personalise content and advertising.
Whatever you choose regarding cookie consent, the website saves it in a record named ck-consent; how long the record stays stored is governed by your browser settings.
- Essential cookies enable the basic functioning of the website and are stored without consent, which § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. authorises.
- Analytical cookies collect anonymised statistics on website use and are not stored without consent.
- Marketing cookies serve personalised advertising and the tracking of user behaviour on various websites; they also need your consent.

Can the Policy Change?
Yes. If the legislation or the way we process data changes, we will adjust this personal data and cookie policy. The controller will flag substantial changes on the website, so it is worth looking at the current wording once in a while.
