Conditions of Use of scorewin.cz

The conditions regulate the relationship between the operator of scorewin.cz and the people who visit it. The operator can be written to at contact@scorewin.cz.

For the purposes of the conditions:

1. website means the pages at scorewin.cz, an independent project with information about BetX that is also an affiliate site;
2. user means anybody who visits the website or otherwise uses its content, be it a natural or a legal person;
3. affiliate link means a link heading to a gambling operator or to its business partner, for a click on which the website operator may receive a commission.

The content of the website is purely informational. The website is an independent source that publishes overviews, reviews and news about online gambling, chiefly about the BetX brand. Its operator is not a provider of gambling under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended. That is why no player accounts come into being on the website, no money is paid in, nobody plays and nobody's identity is verified.

The rules and conditions binding on players are laid down solely by the gambling operator, EVONA ELECTRONIC, spol. s r.o., IČO (SR) 31341357, Stará Vajnorská cesta 17, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovenská republika. Its Czech Ministry of Finance licence is shown in the MF ČR list of licensed operators.

Texts, graphics, the structure of the website, databases and source code are protected by zákon č. 121/2000 Sb. (the Copyright Act) as in force. Outside personal needs you may use them only with the website operator's prior written consent, which concerns above all copying, editing and further dissemination.

The BetX trademarks do not belong to the website operator. Their owner holds them, and the website operator has no rights in them. On the website they serve only for description, namely to label the brand and the products the information relates to, and no relationship with the trademark owner results from this.

The website carries affiliate links that go to the pages of a gambling operator or its business partners. If a user clicks one, the website operator may obtain a commission, while the user pays nothing extra for using the link. Neither the content of the website nor the order or rating of information takes its cue from affiliate links.

We state this pursuant to zákon č. 634/1992 Sb., on consumer protection, as amended.

The website operator strives within reason for correct and up-to-date information but cannot make sure of it: a piece of information may be incomplete, outdated or erroneous. The content is not advice of a legal, financial, tax or other specialist kind. Before making up their mind, the user has to verify the information in official sources, first of all with the gambling operator.

Furthermore, the website operator bears no responsibility for third-party pages the website links to, for their content or availability, for the offers and conditions of the gambling operator, or for damage or losses arising from the use of information or services of third parties. It does not enter the legal relationship between a user and a gambling operator as a contracting party.

The information on the website is intended for persons above 18 years, and the user confirms meeting this condition. Anyone younger must not use the website.

Gambling is regulated by zákon č. 186/2016 Sb., which is why we remind you: “The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+

Use of the website is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, primarily the Civil Code, and by other related regulations. A dispute between a user and the website operator will be heard by the general court of the website operator in the Czech Republic.

A consumer is entitled to out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz. The European Commission publishes information on resolving disputes over the internet at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The website operator may change or add to the conditions unilaterally at any time. A change becomes effective by being published on the website. Users should therefore keep themselves informed of the current wording; by continuing to use the website after a change, they agree with the new wording.

The conditions are effective from their publication on the website. If any provision is invalid or ineffective, the rest stay valid and effective without change. Whatever the conditions do not expressly address is assessed under the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
